Private wedding venue with only one wedding per day

• Private wedding venue with only one wedding per day for up to 75 Guests.

• Wedding Package includes use of the venue for up to 3 hours of pre-event time in the Bridal Suite, 5 hours of event time to end no later than 9:30pm with guests exiting by 10:00pm.

• Complimentary ceremony if having ceremony on site in the garden (up to 1 hour allotted for invite through ceremony in advance of 5 hour reception for a total of 6 hours of event time.)

Use of Furnished Bridal Room & Groom’s Room

• Bridal party is welcome to arrive 3 hours in advance of guest invite time to enjoy their private areas.

Guest Tables & Chairs

• Plate Chargers. Gold or silver decorative plate chargers.

• Choose from an assortment of in house table top decor for your Guest Tables. Choose from lanterns, vases, gold or silver compotes and more. Clear glass votives are provided for your tealight candles, table numbers and table number stands are also included at no extra cost.

Table Linen

• White Floor Length Polyester Linen included for Round Guest Tables.

Guest Table Decor & Design

• Plate Chargers. Gold or silver decorative plate chargers.

• Choose from an assortment of in house table top decor for your Guest Tables. Choose from lanterns, vases, gold or silver compotes and more. Clear glass votives are provided for your tealight candles, table numbers and table number stands are also included at no extra cost.

Furniture, Props, & Lighting

• String Market Lighting included over the garden!

• Custom Dance Floor included.

• Enjoy a variety of sofas, patio furniture, Belly Bar Tables, Metal Easels, Gold Framed Mirrors for signage, Vintage Desks or tables for sign in, dessert, gift tables, Escort Seating Options, Reserved Signs, Mr. & Mrs. Signs, fun pieces that you didn’t know you needed are all here and available to you at no additional cost as long as that piece “lives” at The Hidden Chateau!

Full Service Wedding Coordination

• Attentive & proactive wedding coordinating service welcoming you to email us every day if you wish! Phone chats can be requested via email as well.

• We’ll schedule a coordination meeting to take place 4-6 months from the wedding date and another coordination meeting to finalize all details roughly a month out from your big day! 1-3 days prior to the wedding date we’ll check in your personal decorations and walk you through a complimentary run through of your ceremony processional and recessional.

• On the wedding day, we’ll set up your event, manage the event and pack up your personal decorations at the end of the night for you to take home with you.

BYO Desserts

• Bring your own cake and dessert of choice andwe will help you set it up!
• Enjoy the complimentary use of our various cake stands, silver dessert trays, tired stands & donut spools for your sweet treats! Cake plates and forks included at no additional charge.

BYO Bar Package

• 1 Bar Stations included at no additional cost.
• BYO Alcohol, Beverages & Desired Bar Items and we or your chosen caterer will staff professional bartenders at a cost per bartender to bring your wedding bar vision to life! You’re welcome to rent bar glassware through us at roughly $1.00 per glass or BYO acrylic disposables.

Wedding Photography

• Up to 6 hours of included wedding day photo coverage with a professional wedding photographer.

• Your wedding day photos will be custom-edited, and a digital album will be delivered via email. Upgrades available in the form of a 2nd Shooter, Engagement Session, Additional Hours, Videography & more!

Wedding DJ

• Professional Wedding DJ service included for up to 1 hour of Ceremony & up to 5 hours of Reception.

• Your included Wedding DJ will MC your wedding day & provide professional equipment for both ceremony & reception.

Photo Booth

• Modern, sleek open air photo booth available for 4 hours complete with instant sharing of photos to text or email, personalized photo frame with your name and wedding date and a free online photo gallery post event!

• We will include a custom backdrop upon request as well as a table of props!
