Private wedding venue with only one wedding per day
Wedding Package includes use of the venue for up to 3 hours of pre-event time in the Bridal Suite & Groom’s House, 5 hours of event time. Complimentary ceremony if having ceremony on site in the garden (up to 1 hour allotted for invite through ceremony in advance of 5 hour reception for a total of 6 hours of event time..)
Use of Furnished Bridal Room & Groom’s Room
Beautifully furnished Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room. The wedding party is welcome to enjoy this pampering space for up to 3 hours pre-ceremony time.
Round guest tables are included in your wedding package and will seat 8-10 guests per table.
Ceremony & Reception Chairs
White Wood Folding Chairs included for your onsite Wedding Ceremony and/or reception. *If having an offsite ceremony, chairs can be added at $3.25 per guest + a $200.00 delivery fee.
White or Ivory Floor Length Polyester Linen included for Round Guest Tables.
Gold or Silver Plate Chargers to enhance your Guest Table Settings.
Guest Table Decor & Design
Choose from an assortment of in house table top decor for your Guest Tables. Choose from trendy geometric decor, lanterns, candelabras, vintage vases,compotes. Clear glass votives are provided for your LED tealight candles, cardstock table numbers and table number stands are also included at no extra cost.
Furniture, Props & Lighting
String Market Lighting included over the garden! Enjoy a variety of sofas, patio furniture, Belly Bar Tables, Metal Easels, Framed Mirrors for signage, Vintage Desks or tables with white or ivory linen for sign in, dessert, gift tables, Escort Seating Options, Reserved Signs, Mr. & Mrs. Signs, fun pieces that you didn’t know you needed are all here and available to you at no additional cost as long as that piece “lives” at The Hidden Chateau!
Full Service Wedding Coordination
Attentive & proactive wedding coordinating service welcoming you to email us every day if you wish! Phone chats can be requested via email as well. We’ll schedule a coordination meeting to take place 4-6 months from the wedding date and another coordination meeting either by phone or in person (pending coordination team’s availability) to finalize all details roughly a month out from your big day! 1-3 days prior to the wedding date we’ll check in your personal decorations and walk you through a complimentary run through of your ceremony processional and recessional. On the wedding day, we’ll set up your event, manage the event and pack up your personal decorations at the end of the night for you to take home with you!
Bring your own cake and dessert of choice and we will help you set it up! Enjoy the complimentary use of our various cake stands, dessert trays and tired stands for your sweet treats!

BYO Bar Package
Bar Stations included at no additional cost. BYO Alcohol, Beverages & Desired Bar Items and we or your chosen caterer will staff professional bartenders at a cost per bartender to bring your wedding bar vision to life! You’re welcome to rent bar glassware through us or BYO acrylic disposables.
Up to 6 hours of included wedding day photo coverage with a professional wedding photographer through Epic Events Studios! Your wedding day photos will be custom-edited with expertise and care and you will receive full usage rights to print. Photography upgrades are available in the form of extra hours, second photographer, engagement shoot & custom printing. Pre-Wedding Photography Consultation included at no additional fee.
